临沂地区商品肉鸡新城疫病毒的分离鉴定及流行性调查

对临沂地区商品肉鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)进行简便、准确、快速的检测,分析该地区新城疫(ND)的流行情况,从而为养殖业提供有效的防治措施。试验从临沂地区商品肉鸡场发病鸡群中采集病死鸡的病料进行鸡胚尿囊腔接种和病毒的分离鉴定,并做了血凝(HA)试验与血凝抑制(HI)试验。结果表明:临沂地区55%的鸡群中存在新城疫病毒,新城疫病毒潜在率超过半数。同时为了验证结果的准确度,应用RT-PCR技术进行了检验,以保证结果的可信度。试验结果说明,为有效预防新城疫的爆发、减小经济损失、控制发病率,临沂地区所有鸡场有必要立即进行新城疫疫苗接种。

英文摘要:

o simply, accurately and rapidly detect Newcastle disease virus (NDV) in commercial broilers from Linyi region and analyze its epi- demic status to provide effective prevention and control measures for breeding industry, pathological materials were collected from the dead chickens in the diseased chicken flocks from a commercial broiler farm in the Linyi region. The pathological materials were used for allantoic cavity inoculation in chicken embryo and the isolation and identification of the virus, and hemagglutination (HA) and hemagglutination inhibi- tion (HI) tests were conducted. The results showed that NDV existed in 55% of chicken flocks in the Linyi region, and the potential rate was more than half of NDV. Meanwhile, RT - PCR technique was also used for the detection to ensure the credibility of the results in order to verify the accuracy of the final results. According to experimental results, it is necessary to conduct the inoculation of Newcastle disease vaccine in all chicken farms from Linyi region immediately, in order to effectively prevent NDV outbreaks and reduce economic losses, and control the inci- dence of disease.
