通过实验研究充液率为45%,55%,62%,70%和90%时,乙醇丙酮体积配比为7:1和4:1的混合工质振荡热管的热阻特性,与纯工质乙醇、丙酮进行对比,结果表明:小充液率(45%)下,工质易发生烧干,由于丙酮减弱了工质携带热量的能力,混合工质振荡热管热阻大小在乙醇和丙酮纯工质之间;充液率为55%时,工质烧干功率增大,受气液平衡影响,混合工质振荡热管的热阻小于两种纯工质;充液率增大到62%以上时,没有出现烧干现象,由于传质阻力较大,混合工质振荡热管的热阻普遍大于纯工质,随着充液率的增加,这种影响减弱.
An experimental study on an oscillating heat pipe(OHP) with the mixture of ethanol and acetone was performed.The influence factors as mix ratios and filling ratios on characteristics and thermal resistance of OHP were analyzed,and the results were compared with those in the case of the pure working medium,ethanol or acetone.The experimental results show that at low filling ratio,the capability of working medium to carry energy is weakened by acetone because of the drying-out.The thermal resistance of the mixture OHP is less than the pure one.When the filling ratio is 55%,the drying-out power of the OHP is higher than the 45%,and the thermal resistance and the speed of drying-out of the mixture OHP is less than the pure one because of the gas-liquid equilibrium.It will not dry out when the filling ratio is more than 62 % but the thermal resistance of the mixture OHP is higher than the pure one because of the mass transfer resistance.The influence of mass transfer resistance is weakened with the increase of filling ratio.
