通井机的刹车效能是影响通井机安全性能的重要因素,针对目前通井机刹车性能测试评价方法的空白,文中提出了一种基于激光测距仪测量大钩在不同刹车情况下的运动规律评价刹车效能的方法,并提出了刹车功率的评价概念。通过现场测试试验表明,该方法可以方便地得到不同刹车状态下游车大钩的位移、速度、加速度变化规律,进而得到制动距离、制动最大加速度、制动时的最大速度和单位质量制动功率等参数,这些对评价通井机的刹车性能有重要意义。
Braking performance is the key factor that affect the safe operation of tractor hoist.Aiming at the blank of current tractor hoist braking performance test assess method,a braking efficiency method under different kinds of breaking conditions was proposed based on the measurement of travelling hook moving law using laser range finder.The concept of braking power was proposed.The field test manifested that the changing law of brake distance,velocity and acceleration of travelling hook could be obtained easily.Furthermore,the parameters that breaking distance,maximum breaking acceleration,max speed and breaking power in unit mass could be obtained.This evaluation has important significant for braking performance evaluation of tractor hoist.
