目的 应用德尔菲法咨询有关专家意见,对肺结核发病影响因素进行筛选.方法 分层抽取25名肺结核病防治专家,采用函询与亲自发放问卷的方式,对其进行两轮肺结核病发病影响因素筛选的专家咨询问卷调查.结果 两轮专家咨询的专家积极系数分别为96.00%和95.83%,第二轮指标重要性协调系数为0.298～0.466（P＜0.05）.结论 专家对本研究的积极性很高,意见比较一致,评估结果有一定的实际应用价值.

英文摘要：

Objective To screen the influential factors of pulmonary tuberculosis in pathogenesis through consulting experts′ opinion by using Delphi method. Methods With stratified sampling method 25 experts in tuberculosis were selected.Two rounds of questionnaire survey were conducted for screening influential factors of tuberculosis in pathogenesis. Results The experts′positive coefficients of two rounds were 96.00% and 95.83% respectively,the Kendall′s coefficient concordance of index in the second round was between 0.298 and 0.466（P0.05）. Conclusion The positivity of experts about the research is high.and their opinions are relatively identical.So the results have certain practical value.
