Woibachia infection was tested by wsp 81F and wsp 691R in 6 species of Nergene in Shennongjia. The result of PCR amplication indicated that only one individuals ofNeriene limbatineUa was infected by Wolbachia, and the phylogenetic analysis of wsp gene showed that Wolbachia strain detected in N. limbatineUa belonged to Wolbachia B supergroup.
