研究了淬火温度对内六角扳手硬度和扭矩的影响。结果表明:在820~900℃,随着淬火温度的增加,硬度、扭矩、倾角变形、弯角变形均逐渐增大。在880℃淬火时,硬度为53.1 HRC,扭矩为14.48 N·m,倾角变形为0.94°,弯角变形为1.92°,具有优良的综合性能。这是最佳的热处理工艺,在该工艺下淬火后的显微组织是马氏体组织。
The effects of quenching temperature on the hardness and torque of inner hexagon spanner were studied. The results show that the hardness, torque, dip angle deformation and bending angle deformation increase gradually with the increase of quenching temperature at 820-900℃. When quenched at 880 ℃, the hardness is 53.1 HRC, the torque is 14.48 N. m, the dip angle deformation is 0.94° and bending angle deformation is 1.92°, which has a good comprehensive performance. This is the best heat treatment process. Under this process, the microstructure after quenching is martensite.
