通过对34CrMo4材料进行完全淬火和高温回火,采用金相观察、扫描电镜以及能谱仪分析等方法,研究淬火温度和回火温度对34CrMo4材料的组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,试样经过930℃淬火,保温60 min,560℃回火,保温120 min最佳工艺热处理后综合性能达到最佳,从而有利于34CrMo4大直径无缝钢质气瓶的应用以及安全性的提高。
The heat treatment process of 34CrMo4 large diameter seamless steel gas cylinders was studied. It is an important manufacturing process to ensure the mechanical properties of the seamless cylinder to meet the standard requirements. The influence of quenching and tempering temperature on the microstructure and properties of 34CrMo4 after complete quenching and high temperature tempe-ring was investigated by using metallographic observation, scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) and energy dispersive spectrum (EDS ). The results show that the sample heat treated at an optimum process quenching at 930℃ , for 60min, tempering at 560℃ for 120min can obtain the best compre-hensive properties. It' s beneficial to the application and safety of 34CrMo4 large diameter seamless steel gas cylinders.
