试验通过不同类型的表面活性剂将纳米氧化铜引入酚醛树脂胶粘剂,并测定了混合酚醛树脂胶粘剂的固化时间、粘度、分散稳定性等性能。结果表明,通过表面活性剂引入纳米氧化铜后,并未影响酚醛树脂胶粘剂的固化时间,同时粘度变化并不规律,结合分散稳定性结果,确定了一种长链烷烃分散剂能够作为CuO/PF共混液制备的优选分散剂。
Nano size copper oxide was introduced into phenol formaldehyde (PF) resin by several types of surfac- tant. The curing time, viscosity and dispersion stability of mixed PF resin were tested. The result showed that the intro- duction of nano size copper oxide with surfactant had no influence on the curing time, while the viscosity changed but with no significant trend. Combined with the performance of dispersion stability of mixed PF resin, one type of surfaetant char- acterized with long - chain alkane was indicated as the best candidate for introducing of nano size copper oxide into PF res- in.
