【目的】研究不同木薯品种茎叶可溶性糖与块根淀粉积累特性,为木薯的高产栽培和分子育种提供理论依据。【方法】以低淀粉木薯品种华南124和高淀粉木薯品种辐选01为材料,在块根形成初期(植后70~80d))、形成中期(植后90-100d)、块根膨大初期(植后120~130d)、膨大中期(植后150~160d)和块根成熟期(植后235~245d)分别测定两个木薯品种的茎叶可溶性糖及淀粉含量,分析茎叶可溶性糖含量和块根淀粉积累间的关系。【结果】两个木薯品种的茎叶可溶性糖、还原糖和蔗糖含量在块根形成中期以前表现为华南124〉辐选01,块根形成中期以后表现为辐选01〉华南124。在木薯的整个生育期,辐选0l的淀粉合成量和淀粉合成速率均大于华南124。相关性分析结果显示,辐选01茎叶中还原糖、蔗糖和可溶性总糖含量与块根淀粉含量呈正相关关系,其中茎秆的还原糖和可溶性总糖含量与块根淀粉含量呈极显著相关关系;华南124茎叶还原糖、可溶性糖、叶片蔗糖含量均与块根淀粉含量呈正相关关系,但均未达显著水平。【结论】木薯茎叶可溶性糖对块根淀粉积累有重要作用,其中茎秆对可溶性糖的运转能力是影响淀粉合成的关键要素。
[Objective ]The characteristics of starch accumulation in root tuber and soluble sugar in the stems and leaves of different cassava were studied to provide theoretical references for high-yield cultivation and molecular breeding of cassava. [Method ]Low-starch-content cassava variety of SC 124 and high-starch-content cassava variety of Fuxuan01 were used as test materials. The contents of soluble sugar in the stems and leaves and the starch contents in root tuber were respectively measured and their relations were analyzed at five cassava growth periods, which were initial stage of root tuber formation (70-80 days after planting), middle stage of root tuber formation (90-100 days after planting), initial stage of root tuber thickening (120-130 days after planting), middle stage of root tuber thickening (150-160 days after planting) and root tuber maturity stage (235-245 days after planting). [Result]The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar, sucrose and reducing sugar in stems and leaves of SC124 were higher than those of Fuxuan01 before the middle stage of root tuber formation, but those of FuxuanO l were higher than those of SC 124 after the middle stage of root formation. In the whole growth period, the starch con- tent and starch synthesis rate in the root tuber of Fuxuan01 were higher than those of SC 124. The results of correlation analysis showed that the correlation between the contents of soluble sugar, sucrose and reducing sugar in stems and leafs and the starch accumulation in root tuber of Fuxuan01 and SC 124 were positively related. The correlations in Fuxuan01 were significant but not in SC 124. The total contents of soluble sugar and reducing sugar in stems had extremely significant relations with the starch accumulation in root tuber. [Conclusion]The soluble sugar from stems and leaves is important for starch accumulation in the root tuber, and the ability of transporting soluble sugar in stems is a key factor of starch accumulation in the root tuber.
