目前学术界关于技术创新理论、变革型领导理论的研究比较多,但关于二者间关系的探讨还较少。剖析了变革型领导通过组织学习、组织授权、组织公民行为和组织承诺四个中介变量对企业技术创新的作用,并探讨了这四个中介变量间的相互影响,提出一个研究框架。
Today, there are many researches about the technological innovation and transformational leadership, but the relationship between them has attracted little attention. This paper focus on the influence from the transformational leadership on the technological innovation with four intermediate variables: organizational learning,organizational empowerment,organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment, then we discussion the interaction of them and give a research framework.
