可靠性评估是配电系统规划和运行中需要解决的基本问题,对保障向用户可靠供电具有重要意义。对配电系统可靠性评估的研究现状和有待研究的问题做了比较系统的总结和展望。首先,对配电系统可靠性的评估指标进行了归纳和分类;然后,从模拟法、解析法、智能法3个方面,对现有的配电系统可靠性评估方法做了比较系统的总结,阐述了它们的特点与优缺点,指出了模拟法适用于复杂配电系统;而解析法更适用于结构简单的配电系统;最后,指出了配电系统可靠性评估领域有待解决的问题,分布式电源和电动汽车发展为配电系统可靠性评估带来了新的研究挑战。
Reliability evaluation is an essential problem to be addressed in the planning and operation of power distribution systems , and it is vital to customers for maintaining the power supply reliability. The state-of-the-art and the problems to be investigated in power distribution system reliability evaluation are comprehensively presented and prospected in this work. First, the evaluation indices of distribution system reliability are systematically summarized and classified. Then, some existing major reliability evaluation methods such as the simulation method, analytic method and intelligent method are summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages clarified. It is pointed out that the simulation method is appropriate for complicated distribution systems, while the analytical method more suitable for the ones with simple structures. Finally, some problems to be addressed in this research area are pointed out. The development of distributed generation and electric vehicles brings new research challenges to power distribution system reliability evaluation.
