高孔隙率且集料颗粒之间具有互相连通的孔隙是多孔混凝土的主要特征,然而这会导致其强度和耐磨性的显著降低。本研究中,在多孔混凝土中添加乳胶和纤维,以期提高其耐磨性;进行室内试验评估乳胶改性多孔混凝土的性能,主要是耐磨性。试验结果表明,添加乳胶提高了多孔混凝土的强度和耐磨性,而纤维对多孔混凝土的力学性能并没有产生明显的影响。此外发现采用改进的沥青路面分析仪(APA)磨耗试验可以较好地评价多孔混凝土的耐磨性。
High porosity with interconnected voids between aggregate particles is the primary feature of porous concrete (PC), which, however, causes a significant decrease in its strength and abrasion resistance. In this study, latex and fiber are added to improve the abrasion resistance of PC mixtures. Laboratory tests are conducted to evaluate the performance of latex-modified pervious concrete with a particular focus on abrasion resistance. Test results show that adding latex desirably can improve the strength and abrasion resistance of PC, whereas fiber cannot show a significant effect on the mechanical properties of PC. In addition, the asphalt pavement analyzer (APA) abrasion test is found to befeasible for evaluating the abrasion resistance of porous concrete.
