电磁成形过程中,成形线圈受应力场、温度场及电磁场综合作用。采用有限元分析软件ANASYS进行磁场-温度场,磁场-应力场耦合分析,综合考虑应力、载荷条件与疲劳强度系数等疲劳影响因素,基于线性累积损伤理论和随机Miner准则,使用Fatigue Tool疲劳分析工具对线圈进行疲劳寿命估算,并根据分析结果对线圈结构参数进行了改进,对比原始均匀压力线圈,改进后线圈寿命有所提高。
In the electromagnetic forming process,there are combined effects of the stress field,temperature field and electromagnetic field on the tool coil.The magnetic-temperature coupled field and the magnetic-stress coupled field were simulated by ANSYS,considering the effects of the stress,loading conditions and fatigue strength coefficient.According to the fatigue stress-life method,the fatigue life of the coil was predicted by the Fatigue Tool module based on the linear cumulative damage theory and the random Miner criteria,The fatigue life of the modified coil was increased compared with the original uniform press coil.
