运用身体吸引力量表、身体价值感量表、一般自尊量表和一般生活满意感量表,对西安和乾县的1237名中学生进行体育锻炼行为及其自我评价的影响调查,运用Spss11.5对调查数据进行分析,结果显示:(1)有锻炼行为的中学生在各量表上的自我身体评价水平均比无锻炼行为的中学生高;(2)过少的锻炼对身体吸引力评价没有多大的改变,没有锻炼活动的中学生在身体吸引力的评价上与每周锻炼1—2次者之间不存在区别;(3)合适的锻炼时间能够增强中学生对自身的评价能力,每周锻炼次数在3次以上、每次锻炼时间在31min-45min之间对中学生比较合适;(4)学历、性别与地域差异等对中学生自我评价均有不同影响,地域差异是导致中学生自我评价水平不同的可能原因之一,学历与性别不会影响中学生对一般自尊与一般生活满意感的评价,身体吸引力和身体价值感的评价存在性别与社会环境因素取向,男生对身体吸引力与身体价值感的关注度高于女生,初中生对身体吸引力、身体价值感的评价优于高中生。
Physical attractiveness scale, Body-esteem Scale, General Self- Esteem Scale and General Life Satisfaction Scale are used to survey on PE exercise behavior and Self- evalution of 1237 middle school students from Qian County, Xian. Spssll.5 is also used to analyze the data. The result shows: (1) The average level of the students who exercise is higher than the ones who have no exercises. (2) Little exercise does not change the evaluation on body attraction. There is no difference between the body attraction evaluation on the students who have no exercise and the ones who exercise once or twice a week. (3) Suitable exercise time can reinforce students' self evaluation ability. It is suitable for middle students to exercise over 3 times a week, from 31 minutes to 45 minutes each time. (4) Qualification, gender'and geographical differences have different effects upon students' self- evaluation. Geographical differences are one of the possible cases affecting the students' self- evaluation level. Qualification and gender do not affect students' general self- esteem evaluation and general life satisfaction evaluation. Body attraction and body value evaluation depends on social environment. The attention level on Body attraction and body value from boys is higher than girls, he attention level on Body attraction and body value from junior school students is higher than senior school students.
