目的了解聋生心理健康状况和体育锻炼态度的现状,为特殊教育学校心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)与锻炼态度量表,对85名中专学校聋生的心理健康状况、体育锻炼态度进行调查和分析。结果聋生心理健康水平总体状况欠佳,且存在一定的恐怖、身体症状和自责倾向;聋生的体育锻炼态度消极,锻炼态度与心理健康有显著负相关,其中行为习惯、情感体验与行为控制感3个维度可以在一定程度上对聋生的心理问题进行反向预测。结论聋生的心理健康水平总体状况欠佳,存在一定问题;聋生消极的体育锻炼态度对其心理健康有负面影响。
Objective TO investigate the mental health status and attitudes towards physical exercises among deaf students and to provide reference for the education at special schools. Methods The Mental Health Test (MHT) and Attitude towards Physical Exercises Scale were applied to 85 deaf students at technical secondary schools. Results The deaf students were mentally healthy on the whole, but some of them had psychological problems such as fear, physical symptoms and guilt. The students were negative towards physical exercises, thus negatively affecting their mental health. The behavior habit, emotional experience and behavior control scores of deaf students can be used to inversely predict their psychological problems. Conclusion The deaf students are mentally healthy on the whole, but some problems still exist. Their passive attitudes towards physical exercises have an adverse effect on the mental health.
