在对曲柄群机构特点进行探讨的基础上,进行了曲柄群机构的惯性力和惯性力矩的分析,给出了曲柄群机构惯性力和惯性力矩平衡的条件,得出了在实际应用中对曲柄群机构进行惯性力和惯性力矩平衡的方法。结果表明,在曲柄群机构中确定适当的平衡质量的质径积使机构满足惯性力平衡后,只需在设计中调整连杆质心在特定位置,即可满足该机构惯性力矩的平衡。该结果对于工业生产中设计曲柄群机构的结构尺寸,以减小或消除该机构的基础振动有一定的实际意义。
The inertia force and the inertia moment of the crank group mechanism are analyzed based on its characteristics. The balancing conditions of the inertia force and the inertia moment of the crank group mechanism are given and a practical balancing method is obtained. The results show that the balancing of inertia moment of the crank group can be achieved by the connecting rod with the centroid coordinates limited, when the balancing of the inertia force is achieved by adjusting the mass - radius product of the balance quality. The conclusions may be helpful for reducing the foundation vibration in the design of the crank group mechanism.
