利用溶胶凝胶法合成了一种新颖的红色发光粉γ-LiAlO2:Eu^3+,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对发光粉颗粒结构和形貌进行分析,结果表明900℃时得到单相的γ-LiAlO2.晶体结晶度高.粉体颗粒均匀松散.粒径在2μm左右,发光光谱表明溶胶凝胶法制备的γ-LiAlO2:Eu^3+磷光体产生强烈的Eu^3+特征发光,增加Eu的掺杂比例和提高烧结温度有助于提高磷光体发光性能.
A novel Eu^3+-doped γ-LiAlO2 phosphor was prepared by sol-gel process firstly. The phosphor powders showed the pure phase crystal of tetragonal 7-LiAlO2 and well-defined crystal with a mean size of around 2μm, which characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Upon excitation at 395 nm, the phosphor exhibited an intense Eu^3+ luminescence about 612 nm. The luminescence intensity enhanced with the Eu/Li molar ratio or heating temperature increasing.
