以异丙醇铝、异丙醇为原料,在反应釜中加热到250℃,压力为5 MPa,然后迅速泄压,水解,得到粒度分布窄的亚微米级球形氧化铝颗粒。对粉体进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和热分析(TG-DTG)等表征。结果表明,加压水解法得到了白色蓬松状前驱物粉末,其颗粒呈球形,比表面积大,粒度分布窄,经过500℃2 h,800℃2 h,1 050℃2 h阶梯式加热焙烧后,得到产物α-Al2O3球形度不变、粒径0.4-1.2μm。此法具有设备简单、无毒无害、无杂质引入的优点。
Aluminum isopropoxide and isopropanol were heated to 250 ℃ in the reactor under 5 MPa. Then release pressure swiftly and the narrow - distributing submicron spherical alumina particles were prepared by hydrolysis. The collected powders were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and TG - DTG respectively. The results showed that loose white precursor powders were prepared by pressure hydrolysis ,which were spherical particles with large specific area and narrow particle size distribution;after 3 - step calcinations (500 ℃ 2 h,800 ℃ 2 h and 1 050 ℃ 2 h) , α - Al2O3 was obtained whose degree of sphericity was not changed and its particle size ranging from 0.4 μm to 1.2 μm. The method has the advantage of simple equipments,innocuity, and no impurities imported.
