用等体积浸渍法制备CuO/C催化剂,采用FTIR、UV、^1H-NMR光谱和HPLC色谱,分析了以CuO/C为催化剂,以环己烯为还原剂对麦草碱木质素进行催化,研究了碱木质素的化学结构变化。红外光谱表明,还原碱木质素的总羟基(酚羟基和醇羟基)含量增加,羰基含量减少,芳环稳定;^1H-NMR光谱证实,还原碱木质素的羰基质子数呈下降趋势,羰基被还原为羟基;酚羟基和醇羟基质子数增加;高效凝胶渗透色谱分析表明,还原碱木质素的数均分子质量有所增加、重均分子质量减少,活化碱木质素的多分散性小于碱木质素的多分散性。CuO/C催化剂对木质素还原反应具有明显的催化作用,其化学结构发生了改变,活性宫能团增加,苯环结构稳定,木质素的反应活性提高。
The change of chemical structure of straw alkali lignin in deoxidization reaction with cyclohexene catalyzed by CuO/C catalyst which was prepared by equal volume impregnation was studied by FTIR, UV,^1H-NMR and HPLC. FTIR results showed that, after reaction, the total amount of hydroxyl (including phenolic and aliphatic hydroxyl) of the alkali lignin increases, carbonyl reduces, and the phenyl structure is steady. ^1H-NMR spectra indicated the proton number of carbonyl has a downtrend, while the proton numbers of phenolic and aliphatic hydroxyl increase, suggesting the carbonyl is deoxidized to hydroxyl. HPLC showed number-average molecular weight of the alkali lignin increases, while weight-average molecular weight decreases, indicating polydispersity of the alkali lignin is declined after activation. CuO/C catalyst shows excellent catalytic activity in reductive reaction of the alkali lignin, the chemical structure of the lignin is changed, activated functional groups increase, phenyl structure of the lignin is steady, and the reactive activity of the alkali lignin is improved.
