传统的Z源逆变器的升压倍数较低,限制了Z源逆变器在一些输入电压等级较低的场合的应用。针对这种情况,提出增强型准Z源逆变器。相比于前人提出的拓扑具备下列优势:提高了逆变器整体的升压能力,从而增加了逆变器的使用场合;高调制因子,使逆变器可以输出较高质量的电能。对两种增强型拓扑进行理论分析,仿真和实验验证了这两种拓扑的可行性和优越性。
Lower boost capability of traditional Z source inverter limits the Z-source inverter used in some occasions with low input voltage levels. In view of this situation, we propose enhanced quasi-Z-source inverter. Compared to the previous proposed topology, the new topologies have two advantages:voltage boost capacity of the inverter is enhanced to expand the scope of application, higher modulation factor can improve the output power quality. Enhanced topologies were theoretical analyzed in detail. In addition, simula- tion and experimental results validate the feasibility and superiority of proposed topologies.
