文章利用有损匹配的方法设计了一种覆盖X、Ku波段的宽带低噪声放大器,其工作频率为8~18GHz,带内功率增益大于32dB,增益平坦度小于3dB,输入输出端口的回波损耗S11和S12均优于-7dB,噪声系数小于2.8dB,最大输出功率为16dBm,且具有工作频带宽、输入输出匹配结构简单的特点。关键词:宽带放大器;有损匹配;低噪声;高电子迁移率晶体管
A broadband HEMT low-noise amplifier which operates in both X and Ku bands is designed by using the lossy matching method. Having been measured from 8. 0 GHz to 18 GHz, the amplifier achieves a power gain greater than 32 dB with a good flatness of 3 dB only. The input and output return loss(S11 and S22 ) are both better than --7 dB, the maximum noise figure is 2.8 dB, and the maximum output power is 16 dBm. The amplifier has a simple input and output matching network and a broad frequency band.
