子镜拼接镜面技术是新一代大型天文望远镜的关键技术,拼接镜面技术的发明,使天文望远镜的口径突破了镜坯材料的限制,大于8m口径的天文望远镜建造才成为可能.拼接子镜是拼接镜面望远镜中的关键光学部件,子镜室的性能直接影响子镜面型,对望远镜最终的像质有决定性的影响.针对拼接镜面子镜室的研究,包括关键元件的受力分析和裸镜的镜面面型分析,前人已做过大量的工作,但对于子镜室整体的有限元仿真计算,国内目前开展的却较少.首先简要介绍了下一代拼接镜面望远镜中子镜室的设计工作,利用Solidworks软件构造三维实体模型,并将其导入ANSYS/Workbench中开展了有限元静力学分析,最后讨论了支撑结构对子镜面型的影响.
The segmented-mirror technology is a key technology of new generation large astronomical telescope. The emergence of the segmented-mirror technology not only makes the aperture of the astronomical telescope break through the restriction on mirror blank material, but also makes it possible to construct 8 meters and above aperture telescope. The segmented-mirror is the key optical component of segmented-mirror telescope. The performance of segment support system will directly affect segment mirror figuration, also have a critical influence on the whole primary mirror figuration of the telescope. Researches have been done on the mirror support system, such as the static analysis of key parts and the mirror figuration analysis of the naked mirror. However there are few finite element analysis of the integrated model of mirror and support system. Firstly, a brief desigu scheme of segmented mirror support system has been introduced and the 3D solid model with Solidworks software has been constructed, and then the 3D solid model has been imported into ANSYS Workbench for Finite Element static analysis. At last, influence on segment mirror figuration has been discussed by the mirror support system
