在微波辐照下,采用熔盐热处理技术在碳纤维表面制备TiC涂层,对涂层的相组成和微观结构进行了分析和表征,研究了反应温度对涂层厚度和形貌的影响.结果表明:900-1100'C热处理2h,碳纤维表面形成了致密、连续的TiC涂层,TiC晶粒尺寸约为0.2pm,表面没有裂纹,与碳纤维基体结合较好.TiC涂层的厚度随反应温度变化不大.
TiC coating on the surface of carbon fibre is formed by salt molten heat treatment with micro-wave irradiation. The phase composition and microstructure of the coating are analyzed and characterized. The effect of reaction temperature on the thickness and morphology of carbon fibre is studied. The results show that dense and continuous TiC coating on the surface of carbon fibre is formed at 900^-1 100 °C for 2 h. TiC has a size of about 〇 .2 pm, TiC coating without crack and well bonded with carbon fibre. Its thickness is not changed with the reaction temperature.
