以六方氮化硼纳米管为主,综述了氮化硼纳米材料的制备方法、性能和主要应用领域。六方氮化硼纳米结构与碳纳米结构类似,形态呈现多样性,制备方法多种多样,本研究重点介绍了机械剥离法、反应烧结法和化学气相沉积法。以六方氮化硼纳米材料为添加剂,可制备无机或有机高分子复合材料,在导热、介电、生物、贮氢、催化和吸附等方面具有广泛的应用前景。
The preparing approaches,properties of nanometer boron nitride concentrated on boron nitride nanotubes and its main application are reviewed in this paper.Nanometer boron nitride materials are structurally similar to carbon nanotubes,which exhibit diverse morphologies and different synthesis methods.Several synthetic methods for nanometer boron nitride have been developed such as exfoliation method,arc-discharge,laser ablation,chemical vapor deposition,annealing,substitution reaction method are employed.Here,mechanically assisted exfoliation,chemical vapor deposition and annealing methods are mainly introduced.Organic or inorganic composites could be prepared with nanometer boron nitride as additive and has indicated potential applications in the fields,such as biomaterial,hydrogen storage,catalysis,thermal conductive,advanced adsorbent and dielectric materials.
