随着经济全球化的迅速发展,创新能力已成为衡量一个国家经济是否具有可持续发展性,以及是否具备国际竞争能力的决定性因素。提高区域创新能力,提升区域经济竞争力,是促进区域发展的关键。区域创新能力的提高离不开区域创新环境。只有具有良好的创新环境,才能更有效地提升区域创新能力。中国各个地区经济发展并不平衡,通过运用2009年全国31个省份的数据,采用泊松分布技术模型,分析代表区域创新环境的重要指标——市场化程度对区域创新能力的影响。结果表明市场化程度对区域创新能力的提高具有非常明显的促进作用。进一步深化市场经济改革才是提高区域创新能力的关键因素。

With the rapid development of economic globalization, innovation capability has become a decisive factor in measuring a The key to promote regional developmen country＇s sustainability and international competitiveness. t lies in the improvement of regional innovation capability and regional economic competitiveness. The improvement of regional innovation capability depends on good innovation environment. Only with good innovation environment, can we improve regional innovation capability effectively. Based on the unbalanced development of China＇s regional econo my, the paper analyzes the important factor of regional innovation the influence of marketization degree on regional innovation capability by using provincial data of 31 provinces in 2009 and Pois son distribution model. Results show that marketization degree can promote regional innovation ca pability significantly. Therefore, the key to improve regional innovation capability is to further deepen the reform of market economy.
