通过自制的多功能浑水渗透试验装置,配置浓度为0%、10%、20%、30%、40%的浑水做砂柱入渗对比试验,模拟浑水入渗过程中累积入渗量、渗透系数与孔隙度等的变化情况。实验结果表明,浑水浓度在入渗过程中对尾矿砂的物性参数具有显著的影响,浓度越大,浑水中固体颗粒沉积得越快,入渗后砂柱的渗透系数和孔隙度越小。在浑水入渗的初始阶段,粗颗粒的沉积滞留起主要作用,随着入渗时间的增长,细颗粒的入渗和滞留对参数影响变大。研究结果对尾矿坝的设计和渗流分析具有一定的参考价值。
Using the self-made multi muddy water penetration tester to confect the concentration of 0%,10%,20%,30%,40% of muddy water for infiltration test,simulation of the relationship among cumulative infiltration volume,permeability and porosity coefficient in the muddy water infiltration process was performed.The experimental results indicate that the concentration of the ore physical parameters in the process of muddy water infiltration has a significant influence on the physical coefficient.The higher the concentration of muddy water is,the more quickly the solid particles deposit,and the smaller the coefficient of permeability and porosity of the sand column are.The results have a reference value to design tailings dam and analyse seepage.
