目的:探讨地牯牛外用对烫伤大鼠模型创面修复的影响。方法:大鼠背部皮肤用100℃水蒸气持续10s造成烫伤模型;观察地牯牛外敷对烫伤大鼠创伤部位修复情况及相应时间内血清TNF、VEGF、IL的表达。结果:模型建立成功,结果显示地牯牛组组织形态学变化显著,创面愈合明显优于其他组。大鼠血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达地牯牛组高于其他组(P〈0.05),血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白介素(IL)的表达地牯牛组低于其他组(P〈0.05)。结论:地牯牛外用对大鼠烫伤模型有显著的治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the effects of antlion on rats scald model.Methods:By keeping the dorsum skin of rats in 100℃ water vapor for 10 seconds to establish the rats scald model.Observing the effects of antlion on scald area and pathological changes of TNF、VEGF and IL.Results:The scald model of rats was successfully established and the repair effects on wound skin of each antlion group was obviously better than that in other group.Compared with other group,the VEGF of antlion group increased(P〈0.05),but TNF and IL decreased significantly(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The antlion in external application has positive effects on curing the local skin of rats scald model.
