Objective To compare the content changes of extract products ligustilide, ferulic acid and α-cyperone of different proportions of Ligusticum Wallichii-Rhizoma Cypcri in order to provide reference for the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic studies on medicine suits. Methods The content of index components in the extracting solution of Ligusticum Wallichii, Rhizoma Cyperi and 1：2, 1：1 and 2：1 Ligusticum Wallichii-Rhizoma Cyperi were measured respectively. The correlation between the active ingredients and the proportion of medicine suits was determined. Results Under the Ligusticum Wallichii-Rhizoma Cyperi proportion of 1：1, the dissolution rate of α-cyperone in Rhizoma Cyperi significantly increased. Under the Ligusticum Wallichii-Rhizoma Cyperi proportion of 2：1, the dissolution rate of Ligustilide in Ligusticum Wallichii significantly increased. Conclusion Different proportions of Ligusticum Wallichii-Rhizoma Cyperi have different dissolution rates of active ingredients in the extraction process.
