随着外科相关技术的日渐成熟和发展，移植和替代已经成为修复和重建外科手术中越来越受重视的技术。良好的生物材料可以替代人体自身相关组织或者器官，支持相应的机体功能，同时可以加速机体的自我修复和自愈过程。本文回顾了近年来生物材料在外科相关领域的研究和应用现状。

With the development of the cross-correlation technique in surgery, the transplantation and vicariousness have become more and more important in repair surgery and reconstructive surgery. A nice biomaterial could replace the related tissue or organ of human body, support the homologous function of organism,and accelerate the process of self recovery and autotherapy. This review is about the status of research and application of biomaterial in surgery.
