目的探讨纳米羟基磷灰石的研究及应用进展。方法查阅近期国内外有关纳米羟基磷灰石研究及应用相关文献,介绍其研究应用进展,并进行综合分析。结果大量临床研究表明,纳米羟基磷灰石具有良好的生物相容性和生物活性,在医学领域广泛地应用于人工骨组织和生物假体的表面涂层,同时用于细胞装载、药物释放等领域。结论纳米羟基磷灰石作为新型的生物复合材料在生物医学工程领域具有广泛地应用价值,将成为一种不可缺少的生物活性材料。
Objective To review the clinical application and development of nanohydroxyapatite. Methods The articles concerned in recent years and have been extensively reviewed. Results Many clinical application and research indicate that nanohydroxyapatite have favourable biocompatibility and bioactivity and have been extensively used as artificial bone tissue and surface coating of bioprosthesis and so on. Conclusions Nanohydroxyapatite as a new biocomposite have extensive application and value and will be a potential bioactivity material.
