三轴循环加卸载下单结构面煤岩长度效应试验研究

针对裂隙煤岩体的结构面效应,通过在煤岩试样表面预制特定角度和深度、不同长度的单结构面,以三轴循环加卸载试验为手段,利用CRIMS-DDL600电子万能试验机和SAEU2S多通道声发射检测系统,研究了单结构面煤岩体的强度、变形特性、破坏形式和声发射特征受结构面长度变化的影响。试验结果表明:随着循环加卸载次数的增多,试样的不可逆变形呈非线性增大的趋势;结构面角度一定,试样的抗压强度随着结构面长度的增大而减小;结构面长度越大,结构面效应对试样自身的材料破坏影响越明显,具体体现为试样沿结构面的滑移破坏和穿切结构面的破坏;随着循环加卸载的进行,声发射信息经历了加载初的少量随机期、加卸载时的规律波动期、破坏前的密集活跃期、主破坏发生后的峰值和峰后衰减期,声发射信息可以较好地反映试样的破坏过程,破坏前的声发射密集活跃期可以作为判定试样破坏的前兆。

To structural plane effect of fractured coal petrography, single structural plane that include some characters as special an- gle, depth and different length was prefabricated on the surface of coal petrography sample, on the basis of triaxial cyclic loading and unloading experiment, the following characters such as single structural plane strength, deformation characters, broken type and a- coustic emission characters that influenced by different structural plane length were studied by omnipotent testing machine (CRIMS- DDL600) and multi-channel acoustic emission detection system (SAEU2S) . The results showed that irreversible deformation of sam- ple was nonlinear trend with cyclic loading and unloading times increased, compression strength of sample decreased with structural plane length increase as structural plane angle unchanged, broken influence of sample material was obviously with structural plane length increase, which included slipping failure along structural plane and cutting failure, with cyclic loading and unloading, acoustic emission include the following periods: same amount and random period at initial loading, regular fluctuation period at loading, densely active period before damage, peak value and attenuation period after main damage, the damage process could be illustrated by acoustic emission information, the sample damage characters could be evaluated by acoustic emission actively period before damage.
