多头单螺杆泵端面线型设计

通过对各种摆线分析比较,提出了采用短幅内摆线的外等距曲线作为原始齿形曲线用于定子,其共轭曲线用于转子的多头单螺杆泵线型设计方法。并得出了方便于UG软件生成的数学模型,建立起数学模型的通式,利用UG软件的“表达式”功能,实现其实体造型的设计。并为多头单螺杆泵的实体加工提供参考。

英文摘要:

The linear design of long single-screw is made ,which using short pieces of cycloid with the outside curve of equidistance as the original tooth curve for stator,and its conjugate curve for the screw's rotor,through a variety of comparative analysis of the cycloid. And a mathematical model is gener- ated,it arrive at a convenient in UG software ,a general formula of the mathematical model is established, in order to the realization of shape design,it use UG software's "expression"feature,it's a reference for the long single-screw processing entity.
