反向创新是指首先为新兴市场开发的创新产品与服务被引入发达市场后也被采纳的创新模式与扩散路径,反映出全球化进程中创新资源分布与成果跨国界流动的新趋势,也代表着发达国家跨国公司与新兴市场本土企业创新思维与策略的转变。对该领域进行初步的理论探索,首先对反向创新进行概念界定与说明,进而结合典型案例描述其主要特征,最后归纳出反向创新的关键成功因素,为后续研究奠定比较与验证的基础,也为企业的全球化创新实践提供参考与借鉴。
Reverse innovation is the innovation model and diffusion path of new product and service specifically developed or adopted first for or by emerging market and then also get adopted in advanced market when introduced later, reflecting the new tendency of global resources distribution and transferring of innovation and its results, also indicating the change of innovative thinking and strategy of foreign multinational corporations and local companies in emerging market. This paper makes a preliminary theoretical exploration to the field by giving the definition and explanation of reverse innovation and then describing its characters based on some typical cases,the key successful factors summarized at last. This paper provides a basis of comparison and verification for further research, and also provides reference for enterprises’ practice of reverse innovation at the global market.
