为了将废泡沫铝重熔回收,采用熔剂覆盖法进行重熔。结果表明,加入合适的熔剂,在一定温度下充分搅拌,废泡沫铝的回收率达到75%左右;回收所得的再生铝泡沫化性能和原铝类似,泡沫化制备时二者的黏度变化趋势一致,泡沫再生铝的压缩σ-ε曲线平滑,也分为线弹性阶段、屈服平台阶段和紧实阶段。
For recycling the Al foams, the flux agent is used in remelting. The results of the research show that by adding appropriate amount of flux agent and stirring fully at certain temperature, the recycle ratio can reach about 75 %. Foaming performance of the secondary Al is similar to that of original Al. The viscosity variation process is almost same during foaming process. The curve of compressive σ-ε of Al foam made by secondary Al is slick, which consist of elasticity, collapse plateau and densification segments.
