通过建立闭孔泡沫铝表面积模型,并进行相应的腐蚀试验,研究了泡沫铝孔结构参数与表面积和耐腐蚀性能的关系。结果表明:平均孔径一定时,材料孔隙率越大,实际表面积越大;孔隙率一定时,平均孔径越小,实际表面积越大;闭孔泡沫铝的耐腐蚀性远低于实体金属,在孔径相近情况下,随孔隙率的增大,耐腐蚀性能下降;孔隙率增加,使材料耐腐蚀性能下降的根本原因是表面积的增大。
The model of real surface area(SR) and the corrosion resistance of closed-cell foamed aluminum were studied.When the average diameter is certain,the foamed aluminum with higher porosity has larger real surface area,and when the porosity is certain,the foamed aluminum with smaller average diameter has larger real surface area.The corrosion resistance of foamed aluminum is worse than that of compact Al and decreas remarkably with the increase of the porosity when the average diameter is certain.
