研究了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(polyvinyl pyrrolidone,PVP)、油酸(olei cacid,OA)和硅烷偶联剂(r–缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,KH560)3种分散剂表面修饰的蛇纹石粉体在基础油500SN中的分散性能,并对3种分散剂修饰的超细蛇纹石粉体作为添加剂加至基础油中,在四球摩擦副上做摩擦磨损性能的测试。结果表明:不同分散剂在基础油500SN中分散效果从高到低依次为:OA〉PVP〉KH560;OA,PVP和KH560修饰的蛇纹石粉体的油润滑添加剂的磨斑直径分别降低了17%,4.26%和12.8%,摩擦系数分别减小了35.5%,2.48%和16.9%。OA添加剂的磨斑表面生成了修复镀层。
An investigation of dispersion properties of ultra-fine serpentine modified by three dispersants: polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), oleic acid (OA) and silane coupling agent (KH560) in 500SN base oil was investigated. The ultra-fine serpentine specimens with three different surfactants were considered as different additives in the base oil and tribology tests were carried out using a fiiction-wear tester. The results show that effect of the three surfactants on the dispersion property in the base oil 500SN decreases according to this order: OA〉PVP〉KH560. The wear scar diameter of the OA, PVP and KH560 additives decrease by 17%, 4.26% and 12.8%, respectively. The friction coefficients of OA, PVP and KH560 decrease by 35.5%, 2.48% and 16.9%. The fiiction surface of the OA additive forms a repair coating.
