工业园区已经成为区域经济的重要增长极，全球价值链理论是一个融合微观和宏观两个视角来重新全面审视全球化背景下经济组织和发展的一种新兴理论。本文首先探讨了全球价值链概念及全球价值链下产业升级的基本内涵，然后分析了全球价值链下产业升级的特征与主要模式，最后结合我国的实际情况，提出了工业园区嵌入全球价值链和产业升级的战略选择。

英文摘要：

Industrial Park has become important growth pole of regional economy. The theory of global value chain is a new developing theory which it fuse microscopic and macroscopic view to re - examine completely economic organization and development under economic glohalization. The basic meaning of global value chain and industrial upgrading in perspective of it were discussed in this paper firstly, then the characteristics and main models of the industrial upgrading were analyzed. Finally combining with the concrete situations of China, industrial park development strategy selections embedded in the background of industrial upgrading under the global value chain were put forward.
