为了在安全经济的基础上确定某矿采场爆破孔网参数,在E203采场进行了爆破现场正交试验,利用神经网络模型对试验结果进行预测,在综合考虑爆破经济成本、爆破安全性及爆破效果的情况下,最终获取最优爆破参数为:排距0.9m,孔间距1.3m,周边孔距0.6m。经过现场验证,试验炸药单耗0.293kg·t-1,大块率为4.52%,与预测值的误差均小于5%。
In order to confirm the blasting parameters of mine stope on safe and economic basis,the orthogonal blasting experiments in E203 stope were carried out,and the BP neural network model was established to predict the results.Comprehensively considering the blasting cost, safety and effects,the optimal blasting parameters were obtained that row space,hole space,and the space of surrounding holes were respectively 0.9,1.3,0.6 m.The on-site tests verified that the blasting unit consumption was 0.293kg·t-1,the large rate was 4.52%,and the error of predicted value was less than 5%.
