将各反应物溶液采用比例泵泵入管式反应器,反应一定时间后经压力喷射装置喷射形成液滴,液滴在被加热的连续相中进一步完成反应和干燥,实现连续制备颗粒状魔芋超强吸水剂。交联剂与KGM质量比为0.29,引发剂与KGM质量比为0.45,管道内径为4mm,管道长度为36m,流动反应时间为25min,管道加热温度为78℃,喷射压力为0.7MPa,连续相聚乙二醇600,温度为80℃时得到了吸纯水倍率为411g/g且平均粒径为1.65mm的球形颗粒状产品。
The reactant solutions were pumped into tubular reactor by proportioning pumps. After reacting for a predetermine time in the reactor, the reaction solution was sprayed to form drops in the pressure injection de vice. And then, the drops completed the polymerization reaction and were dried in the continuous phase which was heated in advance. The KSAP granules were prepared in this way. The optimized products which give an absorbency of 411g/g and whose average diameter was 1.65mm were obtained by the following condition. The mass ratio of cross linker and initiator to KGM was 0.29 and 0.45, respectively. The inner diameter of the tu bular reactor was 4mm meanwhile the length of the reactor was 36m (reactive time was 25min). The reactor was heated to 78℃. The pressure offered by the pressure injection device was 0.7MPa. The continuous phase was polyethylene glycol-600(PEG-600). The temperature of the continuous phase was 80℃.
