研究了一种外绕组结构的磁通切换永磁电机,设计了一个三相12/10的外绕组型磁通切换永磁电机.推导了该电机的功率公式,并给出了其主要尺寸参数.最后使用有限元方法研究了其气隙磁密、感应电动势、转矩及损耗.有限元计算表明外绕组型磁通切换永磁电机的理论分析和数值计算结果相符合.
An outer-armature winding flux switching permanent magnet machine was proposed,and a 3-phase 12/10-pole outer armature winding FSPM was designed.The power equation was deduced and the initial dimension was given.The PM-linkage,the back-EMF,loss and cogging torque were explored based on the 2D-FEA.Finite element calculations show that the outer-armature winding FSPM's theoretical analysis and numerical calculation results are consistent.
