选择具有生物活性的酪氨酸作配体,合成了两个Ni(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)配合物.解析了它们的晶体结构,并采用电子吸收光谱、荧光光谱、黏度等方法研究了配合物与DNA的相互作用,结果表明,两种配合物均与DNA发生不同程度的键合作用.
Using the tyrosine as ligand, two transition metal complexes [Ni (Tyr)2·2HzO]· H2O and [Cu (Tyr)2]∞ have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray differaction. The interactions between CT-DNA and the two complexes have been conducted by UV, fluorescence spectra, viscosity measurement and gel electrophoresis. The results show that the intercalation mode between the complexes and DNA is proved to exist.
