miR-92a家族基因是由miR.25、miR-92a-1、miR-92a-2和miR.363等序列相似、结构相仿、种子区序列相同的微小RNA(microRNAs)组成,它们分别来自在进化过程中高度保守并互为旁系同源序列的miR.106b-25、miR-17-92和miR.106a-363基因簇。目前研究认为,miR-92a家族基因是一组与血管内皮细胞形成有关的miRNAs,其表达紊乱与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。就miR-92a家族基因及其靶基因与肿瘤关系的研究进展进行综述。
miR-92a family is composed of 4 miRNAs in cluding miR-25, miR-92a-1, miR-92a-2 and miR-363, which share same seed region and similar sequence and structure. They arise from three different paralog clusters miR-17-92, miR-106a-363, and miR-106b-25 that are highly conserved in the process of evolution. It was thought that miR-92a family was a group of miRNA correlated with formation of endothelial cells. It was demonstrated that the disturbance of the expression of miR-92a family was related with tumorigenesis and tumor development. In this review, the progress of the relationship between miR-92a family and their target genes and malignant tumors is summarized.
