在高压输电线路上,拉力传感器不便于直接安装。为解决这一问题,提出并设计了一种导线张力的检测装置。该装置采用摩擦夹紧,能在不断电的情况下方便地安装在高压输电线路上,通过拉压力传感器实现对输电线路张力的测量。试验研究分析表明:测力装置能承受高压输电导线的张力,不产生机械滑动,工作过程中对导线无损伤,不影响导线的运行状态。
While measuring tension of lines,it's not convenient to install tension sensor directly. In order to solve this problem,a tension measuring device is designed. The device adopts friction clamping,and it can be installed on transmission lines easily without power off. The tension of transmission lines can be measured by tension sensor. Experimental study and analysis prove that the device can sustain tension of high voltage transmission lines without mechanical sliding,without damage to lines in operation process and without influences to running state of lines.
