振动是行星齿轮传动系统的一个重要特性,它直接关系到传动的平稳性和系统的可靠性。为了避免系统运行时产生共振现象,研究动态特性,进行固有频率分析非常重要。文章首先根据系统的运动特性,通过受力分析,建立了行星齿轮传动系统的平移-扭转动力学模型,通过理论计算求解其模态和振型,分析了系统的振动情况。然后利用Pro/E建立了行星齿轮传动系统模型,在ABAQUS软件里面进行有限元仿真分析,利用Block Lanczos方法对系统进行模态分析,提取了系统的固有频率和振型图。结合有限元仿真结果与理论计算结果,分析了系统振动产生的主要部位,同时也为系统结构性能的改善和后期的优化设计提供了依据。
The vibration is the important factors influencing the stability and reliability of planetary gear transmission. In order to ovoid planetary gear transmission resonance, study the dynamic characteristics ,frequency analyzes were very important. This paper based on the movement characteristics of the system, and analyzes the force of the system, established the formulated planetary gear transmission system dynamics model. Through the theoretical calculation, the modal of the system is solved, and the vibration of the system is analyzed. Then using Pro/E, the planetary gear transmission system model is established, by using ABAQUS software the modal isanalysis. With the Block Lanczos method, the natural frequency and vibration mode of the system is extracted. Combined with finite element simulation results with the theoretical calculation results, the main parts of the system vibration are analyzed, and a basis for the optimization design is provided in the late of the system.
