微粒捕集器(DieselParticulateFilter,DPF)是一种能有效解决柴油机微粒排放的装置,其载体上微粒分布特性对微粒捕集器的过滤和蒋生效率、使用寿命等性能具有重影响。本文对整体式穑多级式载体的柴油机微粒捕集器内微粒分布特性进行了对比研究,得到了多级式载体结构对微卡立捕集器l内微粒分布特性的影响规律。结果表明:与楚体式载体相比,微粒在多级式载体尾部的沉积麓有所减少,沿轴向方向上微粒浓度的分布梯瘦更为均匀:并且多级式载体进、出口两个端面上的压差更小,载体上压降分布的均匀性更佳。
Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is an efficient diesel particulate emission post-processed devices, the particulate distribution characteristics on carrier have important influence on the particulate filter, the regeneration efficiency and the service life of the particulate filter. The monolithic filter and the multistage filter have been compared in this paper, the results show that the multistage filter is better than monolithic filter, for example, the amount of particulate deposited at the tail of the carrier has decreased and the particulate distribution gradient slows down in the axial direction, the differential pressure between inlet and outlet in filter body is lowered and pressure drop comprehensive better.
