目的探讨循环血内皮祖细胞(EPCs)及内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。方法选择69例冠状动脉造影(CAG)阳性的冠心病患者为CHD组,根据Gensini积分分为低、中、高区间,各区间随机抽样10例分为低分组、中分组和高分组,另选择同期CAG阴性受试者44例为对照组。检测CHD组和对照组外周血EPCs百分比和FMD,低分组、中分组和高分组及对照组随机抽样10例EPCs迁移能力、黏附能力、增殖能力。结果 CHD组循环EPCs百分比及FMD均较对照组显著降低(P〈0.05),经随机在两组抽样,CHD组抽样30例的迁移能力、粘附能力、增殖能力均较对照组抽样显著减弱(P〈0.05)。低、中、高分组EPCs百分比、迁移能力、黏附能力、增殖能力及FMD差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),EPCs百分比、迁移能力、粘附能力、增殖能力及FMD与冠状动脉病变严重程度呈负相关性(r=-0.559,-0.452,-0.464,-0.413,-0.512,P均〈0.05)。EPCs百分比、迁移能力、粘附能力、增殖能力均与FMD呈正相关(r=0.452,0.419,0.435,0.395,P均〈0.05)。结论冠心病患者循环EPCs数量、迁移能力、粘附能力、增殖能力及FMD较非冠状动脉病变者下降,EPCs数量和功能的下降与FMD功能障碍一致,血管内皮功能明显下降与冠状动脉病变严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate circulating endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) and flow mediated dilation(FMD)and the relationship between the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods 69 cases of coronary angiography(CAG)were positive patients with coronary heart disease CHD group, accorded to the Gensini score divided into low, medium and high range, each interval randomly grouped into 10 cases of low, medium and high packet groups, another selected the same period CAG-negative subjects 44 cases as the control group. Detection of CHD group and control group the percentage of EPCs and FMD, low packet group, medium packet group, and high packet group and the control group randomly selected 10 cases EPCs migration, adhesion ability, proliferation. Results CHD group the percentage of circulating EPCs and FMD were significantly lower than the control group(P0.05), were randomized in two groups of samples, CHD group sampled 30 cases of migration, adhesion ability, proliferation sample than in the control group were significantly decreased(P0.05). Low, medium and high percentage of EPCs group, migration, adhesion ability,proliferation and FMD differences were statistically significant(P0.05), EPCs percentage, migration, adhesion ability,proliferation and the severity of coronary artery FMD, there were negative correlation(r=-0.559,-0.452,-0.464,-0.413,-0.512, P 0.05). EPCs percentage, migration, adhesion ability, proliferation showed positive correlation with FMD( r =0. 452, 0. 419, 0.435,0.395,P0.05). Conclusion The number of circulating EPCs in patients with coronary heart disease, migration, adhesion ability, compared to non-proliferation and FMD decreased coronary lesions consistent with FMD decreased the number and function of EPCs function disorders, vascular endothelial function decreased significantly with the severity of coronary artery disease related.
