叠层石的研究虽然经历了近200年的时间,取得了比较重要的成就,但对于叠层石微生物席生态系统的研究却进展缓慢.通过比较和分析国内外叠层石微生物和微生物席及其生态系统的研究进展情况,得出我国叠层石微生物席生态系研究的主要成就:对部分元古代叠层石的微生物组分和微生物席特征进行了初步揭示;从理论上对叠层石微生物席的矿化成因提出了解释,并建立了叠层石微生物席的生长和钙化模式;利用现代叠层石的微观结构生长来推侧古代叠层石的生长过程及其形态特征;初步探讨了叠层石微生物席的生长与外界物理和化学条件(如水动力、温度、盐度等)的关系.同时,也指出了叠层石微生物席生态系统研究中的不足和今后的研究方向,为叠层石的深入研究提供参考.
The obvious achievements has made stromatolites research gone through nearly two hundred years,but there is the slow progress in stromatolites of microbial mat ecosystem.Through comparing and analyzing the progress of the microorganisms,microbial mat and its ecosystem of stromatolites home and abroad,there are the main achievements of studying stromatolites' microbial mat ecosystem,such as: first,initially revealing on the part of microbial composition and microbial mat features of proterozoic stromatolites,second,explaining the mineralization causes of stromatolite microbial mat on theory,and establishment the growth and calcification patterns of microbial mats in stromatolites,third,using the microscopic structure of the modern stromatolites growth to speculate the ancient stromatolites in the process of growth and morphological characteristics,fourth,preliminary discussing the relationship between the growth of the stromatolites microbial mat and the outside physical and chemical conditions(water,power,temperature,salinity,etc).Also found a lack of research,the paper pointed out the future research directions of the stromatolites microbial mat ecosystem,and provided a reference for in-depth study on stromatolites.
