依据叠层石丰度(厚度)、分异度(形态类型)及其宏观形态并结合沉积学和古生物学特征,河南登封寒武系叠层石划分为寒武系第二统的小丛状叠层石组合、半球一缓波状叠层石组合,寒武系第二、第三统的微型柱状叠层石组合,寒武系第三统的半球一缓波状叠层石组合、不规则微小柱状叠层石组合、微生物岩一小柱状叠层石组合,芙蓉统的柱一细柱状叠层石组合等七个组合类型。叠层石组合的演化存在以下相关性特征:叠层石组合的分异度与其组合层的丰度呈现一定的负相关关系,叠层石的分异度与水动力变化幅度及频度存在正相关性,叠层石组合层的厚度与水动力变化幅度及频度存在负相关性。根据前寒武纪叠层石的繁盛与衰减特征结合对现代海相叠层石的生长条件分析,海平面的变化和沉积底质的分异是河南登封寒武纪叠层石分异度及其组合类型变化的重要因素,陆源物质的注入造成了叠层石的减少,后生动物的大量出现决定了叠层石的最终消亡。
On the basis of abundance (thickness), diversity (morphological types) and macro morphology combined with the characteristics of sedimentology and paleontology, the Cambrian stromatolites are grouped into 7 types of as- semblages in Dengfeng, Henan Province, i.e. the small plexiform-shaped stromatolites assemblage and the hemi- sphere-wavy-shaped stromatolites assemblage of Series 2 (Cambrian), the micro-columnar-shaped stromatolites as- semblage of Series 2-3 (Cambrian), the hemisphere-wavy-shaped stromatolites assemblage, the Irregular micro- small-columnar-shaped stromatolites assemblage and the microbialite-smalI-columnar-shaped stromatolites assemblage of Series 3 (Cambrian), and the teretifolious-fine-teretifolious stromatolites assemblage of Furongian(Cambrian). Negative correlation exists between the abundance and the diversity of stromatolite assemblages's positive correlation exists between the diversity of stromatolites and the hydrodynamic amplitude and frequency and negative correlation also exists between the thickness of stromatolite assemblages and the hydrodynamic amplitude and frequency. Based on the growth conditions of modern marine stromatolites and the characteristics of Precambrian stromatolite prosperi- ty and decline, we suggest that the sea level change and the differentiation of sedimentary substrates are the important factors controlling the diversity and the change of Cambrian stromatolite assemblages in Dengfeng, Henan. The ter- rigenous supply may cause the reduction of stromatolites, and the emergence of a large number of metazoan deter- mines the ultimate demise of stromatolites.
