对云南澜沧江下游某水电站进行机组与厂房耦联振动现场测试,在对振动响应信号分析处理的基础上,研究机组与厂房之间的振动响应规律,根据相关振动标准对机组及厂房振动进行评价,探讨机组振源特性及振动传递途径,并对厂房结构的动力响应进行有限元数值反馈计算,与实测值进行对比分析,为机组安全运行及厂房结构振动控制预测提供参考和依据。
Prototype vibrations were tested for a generator set and hydropower house on Lancangjiang River in Yunnan.Their mechanism is analyzed in this paper and they are evaluated by the corresponding rules.The features of vibration sources and propagation paths are examined,and a finite-element method is used to compute the dynamic responses of the power house.Some suggestions for operation safety and vibration control are given.
