本文建立考虑导轴承和推力轴承联合支承作用的水轮发电机组轴系统有限元模型,探讨导轴承动力特性系数随转子横向偏心距、偏位角和推力轴承动特性系数随推力头的轴向扰动以及倾斜参数的非线性变化规律。由此,系统研究了推力轴承动态特性对水轮发电机组轴系统振动特性的影响,分析了轴系统横向和纵向动力特性通过推力轴承的耦合关系和相互影响程度。
This paper models the shaft of a water turbine generator set with typical beam finite elements.The shaft is mounted on two journal bearings and the axial load is supported by a hydrodynamic thrust bearing.The dynamic behaviors of fluid supports are considered as nonlinear.The influence of axial thrust bearing on the shaft response is presented.The coupling between the bending vibrations and axial dynamic behaviors of the shaft is studied in particular.
